Cross

Alleluia! Christ is Risen!
The Lord is risen indeed! Alleluia!
— from BCP1979

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

The Lord reigns! He is clothed with majesty!
The Lord is armed with strength.
The world also is established.
It cannot be moved.
Your throne is established from long ago.
You are from everlasting.
The floods have lifted up, O Lord,
the floods have lifted up their voice.
The floods lift up their waves.
Above the voices of many waters,
the mighty breakers of the sea,
The Lord on high is mighty.
Your statutes stand firm.
Holiness adorns your house,
O Lord, forever more.
— Psalm 93

Invitatory

I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus,
and the love which you have toward the saints;
so I never cease giving thanks for you,
and asking in my prayers,
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of glory,
may give to you a spirit of wisdom,
having the eyes of your hearts enlightened,
that you may know the hope of his calling,
and the riches of his glory.
— Ephesians 1:15-18†

Cruciform

While Jesus blessed them, he withdrew from them,
and was carried up to heaven.
They worshiped him,
and returned to Jerusalem with great joy.
They were continually in the temple,
praising and blessing God.
— Luke 24:51-53†

Weeks

It is not for you to know the Kingdom’s times or seasons,
but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes.
— Acts 1:7-8†

Following the seventh bead:

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit
as it was in the beginning, is now,
and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Dimissory

The angels said: “You men of Galilee,
why do you stand looking into the sky?
This Jesus, who was received from you,
will come back the same way
as you saw him go.”
— Acts 1:11†

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
